CMG members Dr. Ryan Jacobs, Mrs. Tam Mayeshiba, and Professor Dane Morgan have used ab initio methods to explore work functions of perovskites and identified a promising candidate compound that could be used in next-generation vacuum electronic devices for long-distance communications and thermionic energy converters.
